再生技术修复根尖骨缺损的效果评价

摘要 目的系统评价再生技术修复根尖骨缺损的临床疗效。方法采用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、Cochrane、Web of Science、PubMed、CBM、Ovid、Medline等数据库中关于再生技术修复根尖骨缺损疗效的随机对照研究,检索时间为建库至2020年3月。由2名研究人员独立筛选文献,提取资料并进行质量评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入文献27篇,与单纯根尖刮除组比较,羟基磷灰石、Bio-oss骨、羟基磷灰石联合膜、Bio-oss骨联合膜、生物膜总体有效率更高,治愈率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论再生技术较单纯根尖刮除术具有更好的临床疗效,能更好地修复根尖骨缺损。 Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of the regeneration technique in repairing periapical bone defect.Methods The randomized controlled trials on the clinical effect of regeneration technique in repairing periapical bone defect were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Cochrane,Web of Science,PubMed,CBM,Ovid and Medline by computer.The retrieval time was from the database establishment to March 2020.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and conducted the quality evaluation.The meta analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 27 articles were included.Compared with the simple periapical curettage group,the total effective rates of hydroxyapatite(HA),Bio-oss bone,HA combined membrane,Bio-oss bone combined membrane,biological membrane were higher,the cure rate was higher,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The regeneration technique has better clinical effect than simple periapical curettage and can better repair the periapical bone defect.
