摘要
氟塑料包覆橡胶O形圈以其独特的优势,可用于橡胶O形圈无法适应的某些化学介质等特殊工作环境中。本文介绍了氟塑料包覆橡胶O形圈的分类及结构特点,从氟塑料包覆层材料选用、包覆层厚度、橡胶O形圈质量等方面提出了氟塑料包覆橡胶O形圈的质量要素控制及方法,推动氟塑料包覆橡胶O形圈产品质量提升。
Rubber O-ring coated fluoride plastic with its unique advantages can be used in some special working environment such as chemical media that rubber O-ring cannot adapt to.This paper introduces the classification and structural characteristics of rubber O-ring coated fluoride plastic,and puts forward the quality control factors and methods of rubber O-ring coated fluoride plastic from the aspects of fluoride plastic coating material selection,coating thickness,rubber O-ring quality,so as to promote the quality of rubber O-ring coated fluoride plastic.
