摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析李曰庆教授治疗男性糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的用药特点与规律。方法收集李曰庆教授治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的病案,运用中医传承辅助系统中的关联规则及熵聚类等方法进行分析。结果共纳入处方235首,涉及药物103种;使用频次在60次以上的药物共20种,其中使用频次最高的前10种药物分别是丹参、水蛭、牛膝、党参、熟地黄、葛根、茯苓、山药、山萸肉、白术;挖掘出高频药对组合12个,新处方6个。结论李曰庆教授治疗男性糖尿病性勃起功能障碍多以“活血通络,健脾养阴”为主,并根据兼症随证加减。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and laws of Professor Li Yueqing′s medication for treating male diabetic erectile dysfunction based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system.Methods The medical records of Professor Li Yueqing in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction were collected and analyzed using association rules and entropy clustering in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system.Results A total of 235 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 103 kinds of drugs;20 kinds of drugs were used more than 60 times,and the top 10 drugs with the highest frequency were Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Shuizhi(Hirudo),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Gegen(Radix Puerariae),Fuling(Poria),Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae),Shanyurou(Fructus Corni),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae).12 high frequency drug pair combinations were dug out,and 6 new prescriptions were made.Conclusion Professor Li Yueqing′s treatment is mainly based on“activating blood and dredging collaterals,invigorating spleen and nourishing yin”,and adding and subtracting according to the syndromes.
