Key Words Analysis of Research Literature on the Theory of Yunqi

目的基于文献关键词揭示运气学说40年研究的前沿热点、结构特点和变化趋势,为开阔运气学说研究思路提供参考。方法设计检索策略,从中国知网学术期刊库检索1979—2018年期间运气学说研究文献。提取文献题录关键词,经数据清洗和术语规范化处理后,进行词频分析和共词分析。结果研究共纳入987篇文献,提取规范后关键词1398个,关键词出现频次总计4455。高频关键词63个,其中运气理论类的关键词数量最多。关键词分为38类,累计频次≥100的分类有8个。关联规则分析得到25个高频关键词组合。共词网络共包含221个节点,546条边,平均聚类系数0.808,边特征参数平均路径长度2.11。结论研究热点主要涉及运气理论、古籍、气象气候、病因病机、传染病、非传染病等方向。三年化疫是一个新兴的研究热点。疾病预防、疫病预测、临床实证是当前运气研究的前沿。不同时期最受关注的热点有差异。研究热点的关注度随时间出现波动,部分热点会出短期的研究高潮。共词网络符合小世界网络特征。

Objective To reveal the frontier hotspots,structural characteristics and changing trends of the 40-year research on Yunqi theory based on key words in the literature;and to provide references for broadening the research ideas of Yunqi theory.Methods Design a search strategy to retrieve the research literature on Yunqi theory from 1979 to 2018 from the academic journals database of CNKI.After extracting the key words of the literature bibliography,data cleaning and terminology standardization were conducted.Data analysis utilized word frequency analysis and co-word analysis.Results A total of 987 articles were included in the study,1398 keywords were extracted after the standardization,and the frequency of keyword occurrences totaled 4455.There are 63 high-frequency keywords,of which the number of keywords about the Yunqi theory is the largest.There are 38 keyword categories,and 8 categories with cumulative frequency≥100.Association rule analysis obtains 25 high-frequency keyword groups.The co-word network contains a total of 221 nodes,546 edges,an average clustering coefficient of 0.808,and an average path length of 2.11.Conclusion The research hotspots mainly involve the Yunqi theory,ancient books,meteorology and climate,etiology and pathogenesis,infectious diseases,non-communicable diseases,etc.Sannian Huayi is an emerging research hotspot.Disease prevention,disease prediction,and clinical evidence are the frontiers of current Yunqi research.There are differences in the hot spots that have received the most attention in different periods.The attention of research hotspots fluctuates over time,and some hotspots will have short-term research climaxes.The co-word network conforms to the characteristics of the small world network.
