百令胶囊联合他克莫司胶囊对肾病综合征患者肾功能及微循环状态的影响

Effect of Bailing Capsule Combined With Tacrolimus Capsule on Renal Function and Microcirculation in Patients With Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨百令胶囊联合他克莫司胶囊对肾病综合征患者肾功能及微循环状态的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2020年6月收治的肾病综合征患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予他克莫司胶囊治疗,治疗组在此治疗基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。对两组临床疗效、生化指标(血脂指标、肾功能指标)、微循环状态指标(毛细血管流速、红细胞聚集、输入枝管径及输出枝管径)及不良反应发生率进行分析和比较。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率与对照组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h蛋白尿定量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白与对照组比较明显降低,高密度脂蛋白、血浆白蛋白与对照组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组毛细血管流速、输入枝管径及输出枝管径与对照组比较明显升高,红细胞聚集与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合他克莫司胶囊能明显提高治疗肾病综合征的疗效,改善患者血脂、肾功能和微循环状态,且安全性可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with tacrolimus capsule on renal function and microcirculation in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome who were admitted from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Bering capsule.The clinical efficacy,Biochemical index(blood lipid index,renal function index),microcirculation status index(capillary velocity,erythrocyte aggregation,diameter of input branch and diameter of output branch)of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,BUN,24 h TUP,TC,TG,LDL of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group.HDL,ALB and control groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the capillary velocity,the diameter of the input branch and the diameter of the output branch increased significantly,erythrocyte aggregation decreased significantly(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with tacrolimus capsule can obviously improve the curative effect of nephrotic syndrome,improve the blood lipid,renal function and microcirculation state of the patients.It is safe and reliable.
