摘要
在城市内河整治闸坝工程中,以单扇平面闸门作为闸坝工程的门型,不仅启闭排架比较高,也与城市景观不协调,且投资较高。而双扉门门型不仅有效降低了启闭排架高度,投资也相对较少,易融入周围景观和环境。文中介绍了某城市内河整治闸坝工程中所选用的双扉门,以Hypermesh14.0和OptiStruct为前后处理软件,研究了双扉门门叶静力学特征和动力学模态特征。由静力学分析得出上下扉门在最大洪水位时的应力应变分布云图,并获知最大应力出现在主横梁与边梁的交接处。动力学分析结果表明,上下扉门前六阶特征值在15~60 Hz的中频范围内,避开了水流脉动频率区域,该分析方法为类似的闸门设计提供思路。
In urban inland river regulation,a single plane gate is used as the main gate type in the dam project,which is not only high in opening and closing bent,but also incompatible with urban landscape,and the investment cost is high.The double door can not only effectively reduce the height and investment cost of opening and closing bent frame,but also easily match with surrounding landscape and environment.In this paper,the double-leaf door selected in a city's inland river regulation dam project is introduced.Hypermesh14.0 and OptiStruct are used as pre-and post-processing software,and the static characteristics and dynamic modal characteristics of the double-leaf door are studied.Through static analysis,the stress-strain distribution nephogram of upper and lower door leaves at the maximum flood level is drawn,in which the maximum stress appears at the junction of main beam and side beam.The results of dynamic analysis show that the sixth-order eigenvalues in front of the upper and lower doors are in the intermediate frequency range of 15 to 60 Hz,avoiding the fluctuation frequency region of water flow.The analysis method can be used as a reference for similar gate design.
