摘要
煤炭港口带式输送机撕裂现象一直是制约带式输送机安全运行的主要技术难点。文中对输送带撕裂产生的原因和几种常用防撕裂技术进行了深入探讨,结合黄骅港带式输送机转接机房结构形式与撕裂的逻辑关系,深入对比了各种撕裂检测手段的应用条件和优缺点,特别是总结出了常用检测技术或设备的共性不足,如无法检测输送带撕裂重叠。在此基础上提出了一种基于机器视觉的撕裂检测技术,搭建了一套撕裂检测实验装置,对实验结果进行了分析。该技术不依赖撕裂后的煤尘洒落、输送带有裂缝等现象,具有实时性好、便于人员数据分析、信息化程高的特点。
The tearing phenomenon of belt conveyor in coal port has always been the main technical difficulty that restricts the safe operation of belt conveyor.In this paper,the reasons of tearing of conveyor belt and several common anti-tearing technologies are discussed in depth.Combined with the logical relationship between the structural form of belt conveyor adapter room and tearing in Huanghua Port,the application conditions,advantages and disadvantages of various tearing detection methods are compared in depth,and the conclusion that common detection technologies or equipment are insufficient is drawn,such as the inability to detect the overlap of belt tearing.Based on this,a tear detection technology based on machine vision is proposed,and a tear detection experimental device is built,and the experimental results are analyzed.This technology is not affected by torn coal dust and belt cracks,and has the characteristics of good real-time,convenient personnel data analysis and high information process.
