摘要
针对采用新型建造模式的某海上升压站上部组块,分析其建造和使用常规装船方法存在的问题,设计了一种可满足安装和运输一体化的专用工装。通过分析计算和Abaqus有限元软件,对其强度和位移进行计算分析,确保工装性能可靠。
Problems existing in the construction of the upper block and conventional loading method of a certain offshore booster station with new construction mode were analyzed,and a special tooling which can realize the integration of installation and transportation was designed.By using Abaqus finite element software,the strength and displacement were calculated and analyzed to ensure the reliable performance of the tooling.
