基于不同材料的低噪声托辊对带式输送机噪声的影响及分析

Influence and analysis of low noise idler with different materials on noise of belt conveyor

带式输送机噪声来自于带式输送机中的托辊,文中对一架在用带式输送机进行噪声测定,分别测定使用不同材料的低噪声托辊的外界噪声,分析不同材质托辊的噪声,结果表明橡胶材质的低噪声托辊的噪声最小,适用于沿线有居民区的输送线上。

The noise of belt conveyor comes from the idler in belt conveyor.The noise of an in-use belt conveyor was measured,and the external noise produced by low-noise idler made of different materials was measured respectively.Finally,it is concluded that the low-noise idler made of rubber has the least noise,which is suitable for the transportation line with residential areas along the route.
