摘要
实现民族村寨旅游利益相关者包容性增长对于民族村寨的可持续发展具有重要意义。以恭城瑶族自治县HY村为案例地,主要采用深度访谈法对民族村寨旅游利益相关者的包容性增长现状进行分析,发现其存在权责分配不明、利益分配不均等问题。通过剖析明确各主体的权利与责任,提出旅游利益的两级分配制度,建立民族村寨旅游利益相关者包容性增长模式,以期为相关研究提供参考。
The realization of inclusive growth of tourism stakeholders in ethnic villages is of great significance to the sustainable development of ethnic villages.Taking Hongyan Village of Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County as the case,the in-depth interview method is used as the main research method to analyze the current situation of inclusive growth of tourism stakeholders in ethnic villages.It is found that the distribution of rights and responsibilities is unclear and the distribution of interests is not equal.Through in-depth analysis,the rights and responsibilities of each subject are clarified,a two-level distribution system of tourism benefits is proposed,and inclusive growth model of ethnic village tourism stakeholders is established in order to provide reference for relevant research.
