林芝市农村电商服务站运营分析与展望

Operation Analysis and Prospect of Rural E-commerce Service Station in Nyingchi City

以智能手机为代表的农村信息化建设水平的日益提升和“电子商务进农村示范”项目的大力实施,为电子商务在农村的快速发展提供了基础条件和外部环境,使林芝市的农村电子商务发展进入了前所未有的新时期。本文在对林芝市实地考察和调研后,对近几年林芝市农村电商服务站从无到有,得到了快速的发展及出现的问题进行分析,总结了由于选址不适而导致持续性较差的问题,市场信息传达效率不高使得其生存能力弱问题以及基础设施配置较差,电子商务发展意较识弱,缺乏电商人才,特色产品的品牌建设有待提升等问题。最后提出功能叠加,保证电商服务站持续经营、培养电商人才并招引人才回乡、全力完善基础设施配置、改变农牧民对电子商务的思想观念、注重品牌建设工作等建议。

The increasing improvement of rural informatization construction represented by smart phones and the vigorous implementation of the"e-commerce into rural demonstration"project have provided basic conditions and external environment for the rapid development of e-commerce in rural areas,so that the development of rural e-commerce in Nyingchi has entered an unprecedented new period.In this paper,after field investigation and research in Nyingchi,it was foud that the rural e-commerce service stations in Nyingchi had developed rapidly from scratch but there was a problem leads to poor persistence,which was bad locations.The low efficiency of market information transmission might make its viability weak.Compared with the domestic,there were still some problems such as poor infrastructure allocations,weak awareness of e-commerce development,lack of e-commerce talents,and the low brand influence of special products.The functions can be superimposed based on these problems with the following suggestions,ensuring the sustainable development of e-commerce service station,cultivating e-commerce talents,attracting the manpower return home,configurating a perfect infrastructure,changing farmers and herdsmen's conscious on e-commerce,and paying more attention on the brand forming.
