Diamond Analysis on the competitiveness of tea industry in Tibet

茶产业是西藏自治区的特色产业以及重点农业产业,分析西藏茶产业竞争力对于西藏茶叶的发展至关重要。本文对西藏茶产业竞争力的影响因素进行阐述,利用钻石模型分析法,分析西藏茶产业的生产要素、需求要素、企业战略等条件对西藏茶产业竞争力的影响,得出西藏茶产业的竞争力优势和劣势,并提出有利于增强西藏茶产业竞争力的建议及路径。西藏茶产业竞争力的提高,对于西藏实施乡村振兴战略具有重要的促进作用,也有助于一二三产业的融合和西藏经济的发展。

The Tea Industry is the characteristic industry and the key agricultural industry of the Tibet, and the analysis of the competitiveness of the Tibetan tea industry plays a key role in the development of Tibetan tea. In this paper, the factors that influence the competitiveness of Tibetan tea industry are expounded, and the factors of production, demand and enterprise strategy that influence the competitiveness of Tibetan tea industry are analyzed by using diamond model analysis method, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Tibetan tea industry are concluded, and the suggestions and paths to enhance the competitive power of Tibetan tea industry are put forward. The improvement of the competitiveness of tea industry in Tibet will promote the rural revitalization strategy in Tibet and help the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries and the development of Tibet’s economy.
