浙江省大中城市转型发展研究

Research on Transformation Development of Large and Medium Cities in Zhejiang Province

新常态背景下,高质量发展已成为新时代的发展目标。大中城市以往的规模扩张方式难以为继,产业转型刻不容缓,生态文明日趋受到重视,城市转型迫在眉睫。文章以浙江省为例,结合其发展阶段,系统梳理大中城市在转型发展中所面临的困境,剖析六大转型范式,明确转型目标,提出“核心带动、结构调整优先、融合联动、文化引领、重点突破”五大发展策略和“体制创新、产业升级、空间优化、功能完善、开放协作”等实施路径,探究浙江省大中城市转型发展新路径,以期为我国同类型城市转型提供一定的参考与借鉴。

Under the background of the new normal,high-quality development has become the development goal of the new era.The scale expansion of large and medium-sized cities in the past is difficult to continue,industrial transformation is urgent,ecological civilization is increasingly attached importance to,urban transformation is imminent.The paper takes Zhejiang Province as an example,combined with its stage of development,systematic analyzing of the plight of large and medium-sized cities in the transformation and development,analyzing six paradigm transformation,clearing transformation goals,putting forward five development strategies of"core drive,structural adjustment priority,integration and linkage,cultural guidance,and key breakthroughs",and implementation paths of"system innovation,industrial upgrading,space optimization,functional improvement,and open collaboration".Exploring the transformation and development of large and medium-sized cities in Zhejiang Province,the paper hopes to provide a certain reference for the transformation of similar types of cities in China.
