完整街道理念,将以往街道设计的重点由以车辆为中心转为以人为中心。完整街道设计可以实现所有类型的街道使用者例如行人、骑车人、机动车驾驶员以及所有车辆乘客的安全出行和使用。在完整街道理念下,面向自行车出行的街道设计对于减少居民对于汽车的依赖,提高街道的活力起到重要的作用。文章通过对迈阿密海滩街面向自行车的街道设计进行分析来指导国内的完整街道建设。

The concept of complete street transforms the focus of previous street design from vehiclecentered to people-centered.Complete street design can realize the safe travel and use of all types of street users,such as pedestrians,cyclists,motorists and all vehicle passengers.Under the concept of complete streets,the street design oriented to bicycle travel plays an important role in reducing residents’dependence on cars and improving the vitality of streets.The paper analyzes the bike-oriented street design of Miami Beach Street to guide the construction of complete streets in China.
