Research on the Optimization and Design of Lhasa Community Service Center in the"Post-epidemic Era"

随着西藏拉萨市经济快速发展,居民生活质量明显改善,社会越来越重视社区发展,居民对社区服务中心的需求更加明显。文章针对疫情常态化下,拉萨市城关区某基地的社区服务中心优化研究设计进行讨论,结合实地调研结果分析、具体理论原则和设计规范要求,设计平面图、效果图等,营造具有藏式特色的社区服务类"可持续"公共建筑。

With the rapid development of economy in Lhasa,Xizang,the quality of life of residents has been significantly improved.The society is paying more and more attention to the development of community,and the demand of residents for community service centers is more obvious.The paper discusses the optimization research and design of a community service center in a base of Chengguan District of Lhasa City under the normalization of the epidemic.Based on the analysis of field research results,specific theoretical principles and design specification requirements,the paper designs the plan and effect drawing,etc.,to create a"sustainable"public building with Tibetan characteristics for community service.
