“以人为中心”的失智照护单元起居空间设计研究

Research on the Design of Living Room in Nursing Home for the Elderly with Dementia with the Concept of"Person-centered Care"

针对我国养老机构现状,文章对国内三家含有失智专区的养老机构进行调研。调研基于"以人为中心"的照护理念,对失智照护单元内老人行为特征、照护原则及活动需求进行考察,并对其起居空间设计开展研究,提出设计策略,涉及空间位置、空间尺度、空间形态、家具设施等方面。

Focusing on the situation of domestic nursing homes,this paper provides the research on the living space of the nursing home for the elderly with dementia by investigating several nursing homes,according to the concept of"Person-centered Care".Based on the behavior of the elderly with dementia,principles of care and requirements of activities,the research includes location,spatial scale,spatial form,furniture and devices,etc.
