摘要
建立了微尺寸下壁面滑移的剪切黏度模型和粘性耗散模型,计算了聚苯乙烯材料在微挤出成型过程中考虑壁面滑移的速度和压力分布情况,并分析了速度和压力的变化对剪切黏度和粘性耗散等流变特性的影响规律。结果表明,壁面滑移导致剪切黏度和粘性耗散对速度和压力的响应产生显著的变化,聚合物微挤出成型过程中壁面滑移对剪切黏度和粘性耗散的影响不可忽略。
The shear viscosity model and viscous dissipation model considering wall slip at micro scale were established,the velocity and pressure distribution of polystyrene(PS)material consid⁃ering wall slip in micro extrusion process were calculated,and the effects of velocity and pressure on shear viscosity and viscous dissipation were analysed.The results showed that the responses of shear viscosity and viscous dissipation to velocity and pressure changed significantly due to wall slip.Therefore,the effects of wall slip on shear viscosity and viscous dissipation in polymer micro extrusion process couldn't be ignored.
