摘要
以某车型全景天窗顶盖为例,通过对零件结构进行分析,介绍了全景天窗顶盖冲压工艺,设计了用于成形全景天窗口部特征的侧整形模,并阐述了2种双动斜楔机构在全景天窗顶盖侧整形模中的应用。实际应用表明,凹模扩张斜楔机构与凹模收缩斜楔机构的联合使用,使模具机构更加紧凑和稳定,实现了全景天窗口部沿周负角法兰的同步成形,减少了成形工序,降低了零件制造成本。
Taking a panorama sunroof panel as an example,the stamping process was described based on analysis of part structure,and a side sizing die was designed for panorama sunroof flang⁃ing area forming.It focused on the application of two dual driving wedge in the die design.The practical application showed that the die structure could be designed compactly and steadily by combined utilizing the die expanding wedge and die shrinking wedge,the forming of panorama sunroof flanging area could be synchronized.
