摘要
为了研究5CrMnMo模具钢高温条件下的磨损因子变化情况,通过高温摩擦磨损试验测得不同温度下5CrMnMo热作模具钢的磨损因子,并基于Archard磨损理论模型,利用有限元软件DeForm建立了球形销-盘试验有限元模型,同时进行了磨损仿真预测,并将仿真结果与试验结果进行比较。结果表明:两者的磨损区域和磨损表面轮廓一致,说明仿真结果与试验结果吻合,表明了基于Archard磨损模型建立的有限元模型适用于预测高温条件下的球形销-盘试验过程中的滑动磨损。
In order to study the change of wear factor of 5CrMnMo die steel at the high tempera⁃ture,the wear factor of 5CrMnMo hot working die steel at different temperatures were measured by high temperature friction and wear test.Based on Archard wear theory model,the finite ele⁃ment model of spherical pin-on-disk test was established by using finite element software Deform.The wear simulation and prediction were carried out,and the simulation results were compared with the test results.The results showed that the profile of wear area and wear surface of two mod⁃els were consistent,indicating that the simulation results were consistent with the experimental re⁃sults,and the finite element model based on Archard wear model was suitable for predicting slid⁃ing wear in the process of spherical pin-on-disk test under high temperature.
