The Evolution of CPC′s Financial Thoughts in Past 100 Years

中国共产党自成立以来,就致力于探索服务实体经济的金融发展之路,提出了一系列理论观点和战略举措,深刻揭示了金融在革命胜利、经济建设、改革开放以及高质量发展中的重要作用,形成了独具中国特色的金融服务实体经济思想。本文在探讨中国共产党金融服务实体经济思想的理论渊源和现实依据的基础上,将其思想演进划分为新民主主义革命时期(1921-1949)、社会主义革命和建设时期(1949-1978)、改革开放时期(1978-2012)、新时代以来(2012年至今)四个阶段,同时提炼并总结了金融服务实体经济思想演进历程中立足中国实际、注重改造创新、坚持党的领导的一般规律和基本经验,有助于我们更加深刻地理解中国共产党成立百年来的金融工作成就、国家治理经验以及制度优势;进一步看,这还可以为更好地指导当前金融改革与发展提供历史借鉴。

From 1921 to 2021,the CPC has been committed to exploring the path of financial development that serves the real economy.It has put forward a series of theoretical views and strategic measures,and profoundly revealed the importance of finance in the victory of revolution,economic construction,reform and opening up,and high-quality development,forming the thought of finance serving real economy with unique Chinese characteristics.This article is on the basis of exploring the theoretical origin and realistic basis of the CPC′s finance serving real economy thought,dividing its thought evolution into four stages:the new democratic revolution period(1921-1949),the socialist revolution and construction period(1949-1978),the reform and opening period(1978-2012),and the new era(2012 to present).Meanwhile,this article also refines and summarizes the general rules and basic experience of the evolution of the finance serving real economy thought,including based on China′s reality,focusing on transformation and innovation,and adhering to the CPC′s leadership.It helps us to have a deeper understanding of the financial achievements,national governance experiences and institutional advantages of the CPC over the last 100 years,and further provides historical reference for better guiding the current financial reform and development.
