Fenton法深度氧化竹化机浆生化处理后废水的研究

Study on the Advanced Treatment of Bamboo CTMP Wastewater after Biochemical Treatment by Fenton Oxidation Process

摘要 采用Fenton法深度氧化竹化机浆废液生化处理后的废水。探讨了初始pH、H_(2)O_(2)加入量、n(H_(2)O_(2)):n(Fe^(2+))、反应时间对处理效果的影响。最佳处理条件为室温(25℃)、pH=4、H_(2)O_(2)加入量为18 mmol·L~(-1)、n(H_(2)O_(2)):n(Fe^(2+))=4:1、反应时间为30 min,加入2 mg·L^(-1)絮凝剂搅拌絮凝,沉降静置30 min。最终COD_(Cr)去除率为72.76%,色度去除率为97.71%。处理后废水符合排放标准。 Advanced treatment of bamboo CTMP wastewater after biochemical treatment by Fenton oxidation process was studied.The effects of pH,H_(2)O_(2) dosage,n(H2O2):n(Fe^(2+))and reaction time on removal of CODCr and color were discussed.The results showed that the removal ratio of CODCr was 72.76%,and the removal ratio of color was 97.71%,under the optimum condition of pH=4,H2O2 dosage was 18 mmol·L^(-1),n(H_(2)O_(2)):n(Fe2+)=4:1,CPAM dosage is 2 mg·L^(-1)and reaction time was 30 min.Wastewater can discharge standards after processing.
