摘要
提出了被动式能源街区概念,并建立了多要素关联作用下的城市形态与能耗研究框架。运用多目标设计决策(MDO),以上海气候条件下的3个模拟实验为例,揭示了由建筑类型、街区容量、使用模式等城市形态要素改变而引发的建筑能耗变化规律。最后,给出了被动式能源街区的城市空间形态优化设计策略。
In this paper,the concept of passive energy district is proposed to build a research framework of urban form and energy consumption under the action of multi-element.By using the multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO)and taking three simulation experiments under Shanghai climate condition as examples,the law of building energy consumption change with urban form elements,including building typology,district capacity,usage pattern,is revealed.Finally,the optimal design strategy of urban spatial form for passive energy district is put forward.
