“产教孪生”理念下“微专业、深融通”新型软件人才培养模式探索 被引量:4

摘要 高职院校在产业转型升级过程中所培养的技能人才滞后于产业新技术岗位的需求。依据胜任力模型理论,提出"产教孪生"理念,通过校企深融通合作办学模式,以及微专业化的课程体系构建方法,形成"产教孪生"的协同育人模式,破解了校企深度合作办学的难题,对面向产业新技术的教学团队建设和教学资源建设有一定成效。通过"双高"专业群的具体实践,在产业学院组建、新型软件人才培养、教学创新团队打造、新技术教学资源共建与推广、协同创新服务等方面发挥了示范引领作用。 The skills and talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading lag behind the demand for new technical positions in the industry.Based on the competency model theory,the concept of "industry-education twins" was proposed.Through the school-enterprise cooperation model and the construction of micro-profession curriculum system,a collaborative education model of "industry-education twins" was formed.It solved the problem of school-enterprise deep cooperation in running schools and has made some achievements in the construction of teaching teams and teaching resources oriented to new industrial technologies.Through the specific practice of the "double high" professional group,it has played a demonstrative and leading role in the establishment of industrial colleges,new software talent training,teaching innovation team building,co-construction and promotion of new technology teaching resources,and collaborative innovation services.
