新技术背景下通信类专业人才培养模式创新与实践

Innovation and practice of training model for communication professionals under the background of new technology

针对当前我国通信人才培养过程中存在通信产业生态迅速演进与传统人才培养模式不匹配的矛盾、学生未来职业规划的结构性差异对如何因材施教提出挑战等问题,在专业实践的基础上,面向通信类专业,探索和实践"一平台、两核心、三对接、四驱动、五个一"的通信类专业人才培养模式。实践过程中,在协同育人创新平台构建、人才培养模式创新、岗位新型核心能力培养、新型教学团队、新型课程体系、新型立体化教学资源、课程思政、高品质人才的培养等方面进行了有益探索。

In view of the contradiction caused by the mismatch between the rapid evolution of the communication industry ecology and the traditional talent training models in the current process of telecommunications talents training in China,and the challenges posed by the structural differences in students’ future career plans on how to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,etc.,it explores and practices,on the basis of professional practice,the communication professional talents training model of "one platform,two cores,three docking,four drives,and five ’one’ " for communication majors.In practice,useful exploration was made in the construction of collaborative education innovation platform,innovation of talent training mode,training of new core competencies for posts,new teaching team,new curriculum system,new stereo teaching resources,curriculum ideological and political education,and training of high-quality talents.
