适应岗位能力培养的创新型结构化微电子教学团队建设实践

Practice of building an innovative structured microelectronics teaching team adapted to the training of post ability

集成电路(IC)产业面临新形势,包括国外技术封锁、国内国产化浪潮、全产业链条的人才短缺。高职微电子专业顺应集成电路产业变化,针对产业岗位人才需求和岗位类别,组建高质量模块化的教学团队,培养创新型IC人才。高职院校专业教学团队建设是培养高质量的技术技能型人才的基础。当前,高职微电子技术专业师资团队建设中存在专业对口师资缺乏、对接岗位技能教学能力不强和团队双创教学能力弱等突出问题。针对上述问题,从教学团队组建、团队教学能力培养、技术服务能力提升等方面介绍了深圳信息职业技术学院微电子专业教学团队建设的方法和经验。

The integrated circuit (IC) industry is facing new circumstances,including foreign technology blockades,the wave of domestic localization,and the shortage of talents across the industry chain.The microelectronics major of higher vocational colleges conforms to the changes in the integrated circuit industry,and builds a high-quality modular teaching team to cultivate innovative IC talents in response to the needs of industrial positions and job categories.The construction of professional teaching team in higher vocational colleges is the basis for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.There are several typical problems in the construction of teaching team for the vocational microelectronic major,such as the lack of expert teachers from the IC industry,weak teaching ability in docking job skills and team’s weak teaching abilities in innovation and entrepreneurship training,etc.In response to the above problems,the methods and experience of the construction of the microelectronics professional teaching team of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology were introduced from the aspects of teaching team formation,team teaching ability training,and technical service ability improvement.
