摘要
经分析对比,预分解窑耐火砖砌筑时配比失调,主要是受窑径变化和筒体热机械应力变形影响,还受耐火砖尺寸、砖形尺寸精度、砖型形状等因素影响,可以通过采用C型系列耐火砖、提高砖形尺寸精度以及砌筑时使用偏差方向相反的耐火砖等措施,缓解耐火砖砌筑配比失调的问题。
After analysis and comparison,the ratio of precalcining kiln refractory bricks is out of adjustment,which is mainly affected by the change of kiln diameter and the thermal mechanical stress and deformation of the cylinder,as well as the size of refractory bricks,brick shape accuracy,brick shape and other factors.By adopting C-type refractory bricks,improving the dimensional accuracy of bricks,and using refractory bricks with the opposite deviation direction when laying bricks,it can alleviate the problem of imbalance in the ratio of refractory bricks.
