辊压机联合粉磨系统的节电改造

摘要 针对某公司混合材易磨性差及开路水泥辊压机联合粉磨系统电耗高的问题,通过采取提高球磨机一仓球径,增大二仓三仓研磨面积,更换可更换筛片型自清洁篦板等技术措施,P·O42.5水泥产量由98t/h提高至127t/h,系统电耗由33.0kW·h/t降至28.3kW·h/t,增产节电效果显著。 Aiming at the problem of poor grindability of a company’s mixed materials and high power consumption of the open circuit cement mill combined grinding system,technical measures were taken to increase the ball diameter of the first chamber,increase the grinding area of the second chamber and the third chamber of the ball mill,and replace the self-cleaning grate plate of the replaceable screen plate.The cement output of P·O42.5 increased from 98 t/h to 127 t/h,and the power consumption of the system decreased from 33.0 kW·h/t to 28.3 kW·h/t.The effect of increasing production and saving electricity was remarkable.
