湿炉渣配料对水泥熟料抗压强度及成本的影响

摘要 某地湿炉渣化学成分与水泥厂粘土成分接近,R2O含量较低,可用于生料配料。分析了水泥厂原材料化学成分,进行了实验室湿炉渣掺量配料和生料成本测算,并在6 500t/d水泥生产线分三阶段实施了工业化试验;对比了不同配料方案的生料成本,湿炉渣掺量对窑系统和熟料质量的影响。结果表明,粘土与湿炉渣配比2:1为最优配料方案,采用该方案,熟料28d抗压强度可大幅上升,年生产P·O42.5水泥可降低成本1 920万元。 The chemical composition of wet slag with low content of R2 O is close to that of clay,it is suitable for raw meal of the clinker.The experiment of wet slag proportioning in laboratory was carried out,and raw meal cost were calculated.The industrial test in the 6500 t/d cement was carried out by three steps.Additionally,the influence of proportioning scheme on raw meal cost and the influence of wet slag content on kiln system and clinker quality were studied.Results show that the ratio of clay to wet slag of 2:1 is the optimal scheme.The 28 d compressive strength of clinker can be greatly increased and the cost of P·O42.5 cement can be reduced by 19.2 million yuan.
