This paper introduces the development route of the new technology of internal combustion engine,analyzes the problems in the application of military internal combustion power supply,and clarifies the important significance of studying the emergency starting technology of internal combustion power supply in cold regions.According to the problems encountered in the development of emergency start-up technology of internal combustion power supply in cold regions,the causes of starting difficulties of internal combustion power supply in cold regions are analyzed,and the strategies to improve the starting difficulties of internal combustion power supply in cold regions are summarized.
