齿轮齿条式托架运动系统在抢险运管车上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 抢险运管车是用于特殊地域(如山区)运输、吊装管道的特种车辆。通过分析运管车的托架结构可知,现有托架的安装过程复杂,并且无处收纳。为合理布置托架的摆放位置,节省人力资源,现结合实际工况,设计齿轮齿条式托架运动系统,提高空间利用率。通过校核计算、仿真分析及接触分析结果,验证齿轮齿条式托架运动系统的可行性,该托架系统提高了运管车的工作效率,并在一定程度上保障了人员的作业安全。 The vehicle for Pipeline Rescue,a kind of special purpose vehicle,is used to transport and sling pipeline in special areas(such as mountainous areas).By analyzing the structure of bracket about emergency car,It’s clear that the installation procedure of bracket is complex,and no where can accept it.To reasonably arrange it,save the labor force,and improve space utilization of frame,Combining the actual production condition,introducing mechanical transmission,it designed a system about the moving bracket with the rack-and-pinion by mechanical transmission theory.It’s easy to find that the project is reasonable and feasible after checking,calculating,and dynamic analog simulation.Optimizing the bracket is good for boosting efficiency of the emergency car,and protecting workers’safety to some extent.
