地芍潜降汤治疗阴虚阳亢证之眩晕伴高血压48例的效果观察

Clinical Observation on 48 Cases of Vertigo with Hypertension Due to Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity Treated by Dishao Qianjiang Decoction

目的分析地芍潜降汤加减治疗阴虚阳亢之眩晕伴高血压的临床疗效。方法将2018年5月至2019年2月接治的48例阴虚阳亢证之眩晕伴高血压病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各24例。对照组应用常规西医疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用地芍潜降汤加减治疗。观察两组临床疗效并比较两组治疗前后的血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为100.0%(24/24),对照组为83.3%(20/24),治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血压均明显下降,治疗组下降更明显[SBP (116.9±14.6) vs (130.7±19.9),DBP (76.6±8.7) vs (86.9±11.4)],明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地芍潜降汤加减治疗阴虚阳亢之眩晕伴高血压病,临床疗效显著,血压控制更加理想,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Dishao Huanxin Decoction on vertigo accompanied by hypertension due to yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Methods From May 2018 to February 2019,48 patients with vertigo and hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with modified Dishao Qianjiang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and the changes of blood pressure[Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP),Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP)]before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate was 100.0% (24/24) in the treatment group and 83.3% (20/24) in the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the treatment group decreased more significantly[SBP (116.9±14.6) vs (130.7±19.9),DBP (76.6±8.7) vs (86.9±11.4)],which was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dishao Qianjiang Decoction is effective in the treatment of vertigo accompanied by hypertension due to yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Blood pressure control is more ideal.It is suggested that it be popularized and applied in clinic.
