摘要
目的分析在超声引导下肌间沟臂丛经阻滞过程中应用不同浓度罗哌卡因的麻醉效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月收治的100例接受超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞治疗的患者作为研究对象,且麻醉用药均为罗哌卡因,并分为观察组(50例,接受0.5%罗哌卡因治疗)和对照组(50例,接受0.3%罗哌卡因治疗)。结果对比两组患者的麻醉情况、各部位神经的完全阻滞效果、术后不良反应发生几率,与对照组相对比,观察组麻醉情况更佳,各部位神经的完全阻滞情况更好,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率无明显差异,数据对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论将0.5%罗哌卡因用药方式应用到超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞治疗中,可达到更好的麻醉、镇痛治疗效果,且不会对患者机体造成过多的负面影响,但需注意勿不断提升用药浓度,需保障用药浓度在最高用药浓度范围内。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine in ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,100 patients who received ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block were selected as the research objects,and the anesthetic drugs were ropivacaine.They were divided into observation group (50 cases,treated with 0.5% ropivacaine) and control group (50 cases,treated with 0.3% ropivacaine).Results Compared with the control group,the anesthesia situation of the observation group was better,the complete nerve block situation of each part was better,the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion the application of 0.5% ropivacaine in ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block can achieve better anesthetic and analgesic effect,and will not cause too many negative effects on the patient’s body,but it is necessary to pay attention not to continuously improve the drug concentration,and ensure that the drug concentration is within the maximum concentration range.
