功能训练联合手法按摩穴位应用于腮腺术后面神经功能受损的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Functional Training combined with Manipulation of Acupoint Massage Applied to Facial Nerve Function Injury after Parotid Gland Operation

目的分析功能训练联合手法按摩穴位在用于腮腺术后面神经功能受损患者治疗时的效果。方法将我院收治的90例行腮腺术后存在面神经功能受损患者等分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组采用常规药物治疗方案,观察组在此基础上联合功能训练与手法按摩穴位进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗效果明显提高,面神经功能改善时间缩短,治疗4周时面神经功能评分水平升高,生活质量评分升高(P<0.05)。结论给予腮腺术后面神经功能受损患者功能训练联合手法按摩穴位能有效改善患者面神经功能,减少患者的痛苦,缩短病程,有利于减轻患者的经济负担,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of functional training combined with manipulation massage in the treatment of patients with facial nerve function impairment after parotid gland operation.Methods 90 patients with facial nerve function impairment after parotid gland operation in our hospital were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy.On this basis,the observation group was treated with combined functional training and acupoint massage.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of patients in the observation group was significantly improved,the improvement time of facial nerve function was shortened,After 4 weeks of treatment,facial nerve function score and quality of life score increased (P<0.05).Conclusion Functional training combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients with facial nerve injury after parotid gland operation,reduce the pain of patients,shorten the course of disease,and reduce the economic burden of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
