中西医结合综合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

Clinical Study On Psoriasis Vulgaris Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探析中西医结合综合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法随机选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的180例寻常型银屑病患者为本次研究对象,所有研究对象随机分为西药组(90例,常规西药治疗)和中西联合组(90例,中西医结合综合治疗),统计对比两组患者的临床疗效、药副反应(口眼粘膜干燥、肝肾损伤、皮肤瘙痒、恶心呕吐)及患者对临床疗效的满意度。结果中西联合组患者的治疗有效率、药副反应发生率及患者对临床疗效的满意度分别为97.78%、3.33%及97.78%;西药组患者的治疗有效率、药副反应发生率及患者对临床疗效的满意度分别为90.00%、12.22%及88.89%;中西联合组患者药副反应发生率显著低于西药组(P<0.05),且治疗有效率及患者对临床疗效的满意度显著高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合综合治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,可有效缩小患者病灶面积,且药副反应较低,安全高效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.All the research objects were randomly divided into the western medicine group (90 cases,conventional western medicine treatment) and the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine group (90 cases,integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment).The clinical efficacy,drug side effects (dry mouth and eye mucosa,liver and kidney injury,skin itching,nausea and vomiting) of the two groups were compared and patients’ satisfaction with clinical efficacy.Results The effective rate,the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the satisfaction of patients with clinical efficacy in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group were 97.78%,3.33% and 97.78% respectively.The effective rate,the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the satisfaction of patients with clinical efficacy in the western medicine group were 90.00%,12.22% and 88.89% respectively.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment and patients’ satisfaction with clinical efficacy were significantly higher than that of Western medicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has significant effect,can effectively reduce the lesion area,and has low side effects,safe and efficient.
