护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤护理中的应用价值研究

Study on the Application Value of Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality in the Nursing of Uterine Fibroids

目的分析探究在子宫肌瘤护理中实施护理质量持续改进措施对于提高生活质量的作用和价值。方法在2019年6月至2020年12月选择60例子宫肌瘤患者展开观察,随机划分为观察组(护理质量持续改进)和对照组(常规护理),各30例,并对其护理质量和效果进行比较。结果①两组生活质量评分变化情况:观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②两组护理质量评分变化情况:观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤护理过程中实施护理质量持续改进措施较之常规的护理模式,其具有更为突出的临床应用价值,使得我科手术综合医疗服务水平显著提升,对于加快患者术后恢复具有积极的促进作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect and value of continuous improvement measures of nursing quality for improving the quality of life in hysteromyoma nursing.Methods From June 2019 to December 2020,60 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into observation group(continuous improvement of nursing quality)and control group(routine nursing),30 cases in each group,and the nursing quality and effect were compared.Results①The quality of life score of the two groups:the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The change of nursing quality score of the two groups:the nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing mode,the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the process of uterine fibroids nursing has more prominent clinical application value,which significantly improves the comprehensive medical service level of surgery in our department,and plays a positive role in accelerating the postoperative recovery of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
