中药方封包热敷对妇科人流、清宫术后腹部疼痛改善疗效分析

Improvement Effects of Hot Compress with TCM Packets on the Abdominal Pain after Induced Abortion and Complete Curettage of Uterine Cavity

目的探讨中药方封包热敷对妇科人流、清宫术后腹部疼痛改善的影响。方法对本院实施妇科人流及清宫手术的患者展开研究,共计纳入术后腹部疼痛的患者数62例,病例收集时间在2019年1月至2021年4月,按照双盲法将62例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各31例。其中对照组采用普通热敷的方式,研究组采用中药封包热敷治疗,对比2组患者疼痛改善情况。结果在疼痛评分方面,对照组和研究组在干预视觉模拟评分(VAS)无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,2组较本组干预前相比均有明显下降,组内对比差异显著(P<0.05);并且研究组干预后VAS评分(1.64±0.38)分明显低于对照组(4.53±0.76)分,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。在疼痛缓解时间方面,研究组(9.85±1.55)min明显短于对照组(19.98±2.47)min,差异显著(P<0.05)。在生活质量方面,对照组和研究组在干预前生活质量评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,2组生活治疗评分较本组干预前相比均有明显提高,组内对比差异显著(P<0.05),并且研究组干预后生活质量评分(90.03±4.14)分明显高于对照组(80.36±4.15)分,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对人流、清宫术后腹部疼痛患者采用中药方封包治疗可以快速缓解患者的疼痛症状,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者术后的生活质量,临床干预效果显著。

Objective To discuss the improvement effects of hot compress with TCM packets on the abdominal pain after induced abortion and complete curettage of uterine cavity.Methods After induced abortion and complete curettage of uterine cavity,a total of 62 patients with abdominal pain treated from January 2019 to April 2021 in our hospital were selected.According to double-blind method,patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,31 cases in each group.The control group received the routine hot compress therapy;on the basis of the former,the study group received the hot compress with TCM packets.Pain relief conditions were probed.Results Before intervention,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores between groups were not significantly different (P>0.05);after intervention,VAS scores for two groups were significantly lower than before (P<0.05);VAS scores in the study group and control group were (1.64±0.38) and (4.53±0.76),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);pain relief time in the study group and control group was (9.85±1.55)min and (19.98±2.47)min,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);before intervention,life quality scores between groups were not significantly different (P>0.05);after intervention,life quality scores for two groups were significantly higher than before (P<0.05);life quality scores in the study group and control group were (90.03±4.14) and (80.36±4.15),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion After induced abortion and complete curettage of uterine cavity,the hot compress with TCM packets can quickly relieve the pain symptoms,and increase the life quality and surgical effects.
