观察神经根型颈椎病运用针灸推拿治疗的临床疗效

Observe the Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture and Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探析神经根型颈椎病运用针灸联合推拿治疗的临床疗效。方法选取本院康复医学科2016年12月至2020年12月就诊的120例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为两组,各60例。两组均给予标准化神经根型颈椎病综合治疗方案,并给予推拿治疗,观察组同时联合针灸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛程度及颈椎功能障碍情况。结果 观察组临床疗效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组临床疗效率(85.00%),存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分及颈椎功能障碍改善程度明显优于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病患者临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度及颈椎功能障碍情况,改善手臂麻木、疼痛、活动受限等相关症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The two groups were given standardized comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and given massage treatment.The observation group was given acupuncture treatment at the same time.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pain degree and cervical dysfunction of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical therapeutic efficiency of the observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.00%),with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The pain score and improvement of cervical dysfunction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is significant,which can effectively relieve the degree of pain and cervical dysfunction,improve arm numbness,pain,limited activity and other related symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
