新冠疫情期间加强门诊消毒隔离管理对交叉感染的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Strengthening the Disinfection and Isolation Management of Outpatient Department on Cross Infection during the Epidemic Period of New Crown Disease

目的分析新冠疫情期间加强门诊消毒隔离管理对交叉感染的影响。方法将兰州大学第二医院于2020年1月至2020年3月的门诊消毒隔离常规管理措施作为对照组;另将2020年4月至2020年6月加强后的门诊消毒隔离措施作为观察组,对比分析两组医务人员感染率、交叉感染率、漏诊率、环境处理评分、防护服穿戴评分、手卫生消毒评分、患者对护理人员服务的满意度。结果两组之间医务人员感染率、患者交叉感染以及漏诊率明显无差别,对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);相较于对照组,观察组医护人员环境处理评分、防护服穿戴评分、手卫生消毒评分明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者对医护人员护理满意度更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在新冠肺炎期间加强对门诊消毒隔离管理措施能够有效降低院内交叉感染率,减少医务人员感染率,保证患者就诊安全,同时加强对门诊的消毒隔离管理措施可明显提高医护人员环境处理评分、防护服穿戴评分、手卫生消毒评分,提高患者就诊环境质量,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the management of disinfection and isolation on crossinfection during the new crown epidemic. Methods The routine management measures of outpatient disinfection and isolation in the second hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2020 to March 2020 were taken as the control group, and the outpatient disinfection and isolation measures after strengthening from April 2020 to June 2020 were taken as the observation group. The infection rate, cross infection rate, missed diagnosis rate, environmental treatment score, protective clothing wearing score, hand hygiene disinfection score, and patients’ satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in infection rate of medical staff, cross infection rate and missed diagnosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of environmental treatment, wearing of protective clothing and hand hygiene and disinfection of medical staff in the observation group were significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing of medical staff, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion During the novel coronavirus pneumonia, strengthening the disinfection and isolation management measures can effectively reduce the cross infection rate in the hospital, reduce the infection rate of medical staff, ensure the safety of patients, and strengthen the disinfection and isolation management measures for outpatients. It can significantly improve the medical staff’s environmental treatment score, protective clothing score, hand hygiene and disinfection score, and improve the quality of patients’ visiting environment, which is worthy of clinical practice. It is widely used.
