摘要
根据小庄矿二盘区临时排水系统服务年限短、有效容量有限等特点,基于节省工程量与缩短工期的原则,根据小庄矿现场实际情况,提出了针对于临时排水系统新的设计理念,即:充分利用大巷联络巷作为临时排水泵房,在水泵房两侧分别布置主副水仓,来满足矿井建设初期需求。通过对工程实际应用的技术经济对比分析,结果表明:采用此设计思路,在不影响正常排水功能的前提下,可以有效地避免巷道交叉,充分利用已有巷道,可以减少近50%的掘进工程量与建设工期,对于临时系统的建设具有一定指导意义。
Aiming at design problems of the temporary drainage system of the second panel of Xiaozhuang Mine,based on the short service life and limited drainage capacity of temporary system and the actual situation of Xiaozhuang Mine,in order to save the amount of work and shorten the duration of the principle,a new conception for temporary drainage system design was proposed,in which crossheading of main roadway is used for constructing water pump house and lay out main water sump and auxiliary water sump on both sides of the pump room,and it can meet the initial demand of mine construction.According to the comparative analysis of the technology and economy in the practical application,using this design method,under the premises of normal drainage function,the crossing of the tunnel can be avoided,to make full use of existing roadways,reduce the amount of excavation and shorten the construction period.
