提高风电并网价值最优储能容量配置研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着风电并网容量在系统中比例不断地提高,其出力随机性使净负荷波动范围、机组运行成本等增加而产生了负面价值。为量化风电并网负面价值,本文建立了含风电机组优化调度模型,根据其仿真结果定量分析了风电在不同渗透率下常规机组运行方式与系统运行成本的关系,指出了风电并网产生负面价值的主要原因;依据储能电量平衡原则,建立含储能装置的优化调度模型,确定了兼顾提高风电并网负面价值与系统总运行成本的最优储能装置容量。结果表明:风电渗透率为3.41%时,并网价值为正面;当渗透率提高到5.36%时,并网价值转为负面,在此过程中,基荷、腰荷火电机组启停次数增加起主导作用;削峰率达到0.75时,系统的总运行成本达到最小,该削峰率对应的储能容量为降低风电并网负面价值的最优容量。 As the proportion of wind power grid-connected capacity in the system continues to increase,the randomness of its output increases the fluctuation range of net load and operating cost of the unit,resulting in negative value.In order to quantify the negative value of wind power grid-connection,this paper establishes an optimal dispatching model for wind turbines.Based on the simulation results,the relationship between the operation mode of conventional wind turbines and the system operating cost at different permeabilities is quantitatively analyzed,and the main reasons for the negative value of wind power grid-connection are pointed out.According to the principle of energy storage and electricity balance,the optimal scheduling model of energy storage devices is established,and the optimal capacity of energy storage devices is determined to improve both the negative value of wind power grid connection and the total operating cost of the system.The results show that,the grid-connection value is positive when the wind power penetration rate is 3.41%.When the permeability increases to 5.36%,the grid-connection value turns negative.In this process,the increase in the starting and stopping times of base-load and waist load thermal power units plays a leading role.When the peak clipping rate reaches 0.75,the total operating cost of the system reaches the minimum,and the energy storage capacity corresponding to the peak clipping rate is the optimal capacity to reduce the negative value of wind power grid connection.
