考虑风险成本的跨区域综合能源系统调度优化模型 被引量:4

摘要 针对跨区域综合能源系统调度运行问题,本文考虑冷热电负荷的交互,设置区域间冷热负荷互补,构建了满足多种负荷需求的跨区域综合能源系统调度优化模型。其次,考虑风电及光伏发电不确定性和市场能源价格不稳定性,引入风险价值理论,构建考虑风险成本的跨区域调度优化模型,并进行了实际算例验证。结果表明,在满足多种负荷需求条件下,通过跨区域系统调度实现多能互补比单独区域的资源利用更为高效,在置信水平为0.9时,燃气、用电和调度运行成本分别降低了4.96%、2.00%和2.87%。 For the dispatch operation of the cross-regional integrated energy system,considering the interaction of cooling,heating and power loads,this paper sets up the complementarity of the cooling and heating loads between regions,so as to build a cross-regional integrated energy system scheduling optimization model that meets multiple load requirements.Secondly,considering the uncertainty of wind power and photovoltaic power generation and the instability of market energy prices,the value-at-risk theory is introduced to construct a cross-regional dispatch optimization model that considers the cost of risk,and an example is analyzed for validation.The results show that,under the condition of meeting multiple load requirements,the realization of multi-energy complementarity through cross-regional system scheduling is efficient than resource utilization in individual region.At the confidence level of 0.9,the operating cost of gas,power consumption and dispatching reduces by 4.96%,2.00%and 2.87%,respectively.
