显齿蛇葡萄叶代用茶总黄酮以二氢杨梅素计的试验验证 被引量:3

摘要 自然界中许多植物都含有天然黄酮类物质,但植物各异,其总黄酮含量及主要黄酮单体成分也各不相同。对显齿蛇葡萄叶代用茶总黄酮是否应以二氢杨梅素计进行了试验验证。结果表明:显齿蛇葡萄叶代用茶(即莓茶或藤茶)中不含或极少含芦丁,其总黄酮单体成分主要是二氢杨梅素,从而论证显齿蛇葡萄叶代用茶(即莓茶或藤茶)中总黄酮以二氢杨梅素计。通过分析检测莓茶或藤茶中总黄酮(以二氢杨梅素计)含量高达300-400 g/kg,其中,二氢杨梅素单体含量高达200-300 g/kg,二氢杨梅素含量占总黄酮70%-80%。 Many plants in nature contain natural Flavonoids,but vary with species in total flavonoids contents and main flavonoids monomers.Whether the total flavonoids of Ampelopsis grossedentata leaf substitute tea could be measured in dihydromyricetin content was tested.The results showed that there was no or very little rutin in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea,and the monomer component of total flavonoids was mainly dihydromyricetin,which demonstrated that the total flavonoids in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea was calculated in dihydromyricetin content.The content of total flavonoids in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea was up to 300-400 g/kg,among which the content of dihydromyricetin monomer was up to 200-300 g/kg,accounting for 70%-80%of the total flavonoids.
