种业技能型人才岗位核心能力培养探索

Exploration on the Cultivation of Post Core Ability of Skilled Talents in Seed Industry

在充分调研种子企业对种业技能型人才需求取向的基础上,从依托种子企业培养学生的岗位工作能力、依托校内专业技能任务式培养方式培养学生的专业技能、依托全程育人培养学生的职业素养与能力三个方面探讨了高职院校种业人才的岗位核心能力培养方式。三者有机融合可大力提升种业技能型人才的岗位核心竞争能力。同时,种业技能型人才培养需要政府、种子企业、高职院校等多平台全面配合,充分考虑种业人才培养的可持续问题,并进一步完善课程体系。

On the basis of fully investigating the demand orientation of seed enterprises for skilled talents in seed industry,this paper discusses the post core ability training mode of seed talents in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:cultivating students'post work ability relying on seed enterprises,cultivating students'professional skills relying on the task-based training mode of professional skills in schools,and cultivating students'professional quality and ability relying on the whole education,and holds that the organic integration of the three can greatly improve the core competitiveness of seed industry skilled talents.At the same time,this paper also believes that the cultivation of seed industry skilled talents needs the comprehensive cooperation of the government,seed enterprises,agricultural vocational college and other platforms,fully considering the sustainable problem of seed industry talents cultivation,and further improving the curriculum system.
