安立生坦治疗结缔组织病相关肺动脉高压的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨安立生坦在结缔组织病相关肺动脉高压(CTD-PAH)中的应用价值。方法选取赣南医学院第一附属医院2020年1月—8月收治的CTD-PAH患者86例作为研究对象,根据奇偶数分组法分为常规组(奇数)与试验组(偶数),各43例。常规组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规组基础上给予安立生坦,对比2组6 min步行距离、呼吸困难改善情况、超声心动图参数[肺动脉收缩压(s PAP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]。结果治疗后试验组6 min步行距离较常规组长,呼吸困难评分较常规组低(P<0.05);治疗后试验组s PAP、LVEDD较常规组低(P<0.05)。结论安立生坦治疗CTD-PAH可有效提高运动耐力,改善患者呼吸状态,降低超声心动图参数。 Objective To explore the application value of Ambrisentan in connective tissue diease-pulmonary aterial hypertention(CTD-PAH).Methods 86 cases of CTD-PAH patients(from January 2020 to August 2020)admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the odd-even grouping method,they were divided into the routine group(odd number)and the experimental group(even number),each with 43 cases.The routine group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given Ambrisentan on the basis of the routine group.The 6-min walking distance,the improvement of dyspnea,and echocardiographic parameters[pulmonary artery systolic pressure(s PAP),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the 6-min walking distance of the experimental group was longer than that of the routine group,and the dyspnea score was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the s PAP and LVEDD of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Ambrisentan for CTD-PAH can effectively improve exercise endurance,improve the breathing state of patients,and reduce echocardiographic parameters.
