单采血小板聚集的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of platelet aggregation of apheresis platelets

目的分析单采血小板发生聚集的影响因素,并提出改进方法。方法调查2019年1月1日—12月31日采集血小板出现的聚集情况,将献血者分为聚集组和对照组,分析2组的采前指标(HCT、PLT、MCV)、采集量、循环血量、采集时间、性别、再次穿刺情况、献血反应、机器种类、献血状态。血小板聚集的影响因素分析采用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果聚集组HCT低于对照组,采集时间长于对照组;女性占比、再次穿刺发生率、献血反应发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示性别、采集时间是单采血小板聚集发生的影响因素。结论性别、采集时间是单采血小板聚集发生的影响因素,需采取有效的预防和处理措施以降低其发生。

Objective The influencing factors of platelet aggregation were analyzed,and the improved methods were put forward.Methods The aggregation of platelets from January 1 to December 31,2019 was investigated,and the plateletpheresis donors were divided into aggregation group and control group.Pre-harvest indexes(HCT,PLT,MCV),collection volume,circulating blood volume,collection time,re-puncture,blood donation reaction,machine type,blood donation status in the two groups were analyzed.The influencing factors of platelet aggregation were analyzed by Multifactor Logistic Regression Analysis.Results The HCT in the aggregation group was lower than that in the control group,and the collection time was longer than that in the control group.The proportion of women,the incidence of re-puncture and the reaction of blood donation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that sex and collection time were the influencing factors of platelet aggregation.Conclusion Sex and collection time were the influencing factors of platelet aggregation,and prevention and treatment measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of platelet aggregation.
