八珍汤联合创面氧合仪在关节置换术后肿痛患者中的临床研究

Clinical study of Bazhen decoction combined with wound oxygenator in patients with swelling and pain after joint replacement

目的探究八珍汤联合创面氧合仪在关节置换术后肿痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年10月—2020年9月萍乡市中医院骨科住院部收治的关节置换术患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组行常规治疗,试验组于上述基础上加用八珍汤联合创面氧合仪治疗,对比2组疼痛评分、出血量、切口愈合情况及不良反应。结果试验组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,显性失血量及隐性失血量均少于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组切口愈合情况优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);2组均无明显不良反应。结论八珍汤联合创面氧合仪在关节置换术后肿痛患者治疗中能够有效缓解疼痛感,减少出血量,促进切口愈合,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Bazhen decoction combined with wound oxygenator in patients with swelling and pain after joint replacement.Methods A total of 80 patients with joint replacement admitted to the department of orthopedics of our hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with40 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Bazhen decoction combined with wound oxygenator on the basis of above.The pain score,blood loss,wound healing and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the dominant blood loss and the latent blood loss were lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The wound healing of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Bazhen decoction combined with wound oxygenator in the treatment of patients with swelling and pain after joint replacement can effectively relieve pain,reduce blood loss,promote wound healing.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion.
