热敏灸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床随机对照研究

Clinical randomized controlled study of the heat sensitive moxibustion on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探究热敏灸治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月—2020年7月于上饶市广丰区中医院针灸康复科、内科门诊及住院的气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组行单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上施以热敏灸,2组均连续治疗8周,对比临床疗效、中医证候积分、血液流变学及血脂指标水平、安全性。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血液流变学各指标水平、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论热敏灸在气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效减轻临床症状,改善血液流变学及血脂水平,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis who were in the acupuncture rehabilitation department,internal medicine outpatient department and inpatient department of Guangfeng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shangrao City from October 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with simple western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,hemorheology and blood lipid indexes levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The levels of hemorheology indexes,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion has high application value in the treatment of of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis.It can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve hemorheology and blood lipid levels,and is safe and reliable.
