基于新指标的游泳最佳划频划幅模式初探

摘要 从游泳竞技比赛数据中挖掘运动员成绩背后的技术信息并进行有价值的统计分析对制定科学、高效的训练计划有很大的指导意义。对此,本文基于50米女子自由泳比赛数据对比赛成绩和划水效率两大关键指标展开了一系列相关统计分析。首先基于比赛成绩与划频划幅的统计模型提出了一个衡量比赛成绩的综合技术新指标,其次在得到比赛成绩与划水效率两者相关性不高的分析后,建立了比赛成绩保持相对稳定时游泳运动员划水效率最大化的优化模型,得到了理想状态和受自身力量约束下的最佳划频划幅组合,最后指出了本文的分析结果对游泳训练有一定的指导作用。 Digging out the technical information behind the outstanding athletes’performance from the swimming competition data and carrying out valuable statistical analysis has great guiding significance for the development of scientific and efficient training programs.Based on the 50m women’s freestyle competition data,this paper has carried out a series of related statistical analysis on the two key indicators of competition performance and stroke efficiency.Firstly,a new comprehensive technical indicator for measuring the swimming performance is proposed based on the statistical model of competition performance and stroke rate and stroke per distance.Secondly,after the analysis of the correlation between the performance and stroke efficiency is not strong,and the optimal model for maximizing the swimmer’s stroke efficiency with relatively stable performance is established based on the proposed new index,and the best combination of stroke rate and stroke per distance are obtained under the constraint of the ideal and the strength of the athlete.Finally,the analysis results of this paper have a certain guiding effect on swimming training.
