摘要 本文以教师招聘考试为研究对象,通过具体考察先笔试海选后评审面试的基本程序,以及准教师身处其中的思想观念、行为方式与心路历程,揭示为了成为教师而数字化生存的社会特质。在教师招聘的整个过程中,分数是绝对主角,准教师始终处于"被"的状态中,被公开凝视、被简单审核、被片面裁决,而无论是被迫接受还是主动参与,准教师们都是被数字粗暴加工的对象。在这其中,结果残酷无情,但过程却无比优雅。 This paper focuses on the teacher recruitment examination as the research object,through the specific investigation of the basic procedures of the written test first audition,then review and interview,as well as the ideas,behaviors and mental process of the prospective teachers,revealing the very paradoxical characteristics of digital survival in order to become a teacher.In the whole process of teacher recruitment,the score is the absolute leading role,while the prospective teachers are always in the state of"being",being stared at publicly,reviewed simply and judged unilaterally.Whether they are forced to accept or participate actively,they are all the objects of rough processing by Numbers and never become the subject.In the midst of it all,the result is brutal,but the process is elegant.
