中医药治疗艾滋病研究的文献计量学分析

A Bibliometric Analysis of Research of Treatment of AIDS with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)

目的运用文献计量学方法分析中医药治疗艾滋病研究的历程和趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据、维普网收录的中医药防治艾滋病文献,使用文献计量学和Cite Space软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献2992篇。首篇文献出现于1987年,发表论文较多的机构为河南中医药大学(317篇)及其附属医院(467篇),发表论文较多的作者有郭会军(170篇)、徐立然(161篇)、谢世平(128篇)、王健(104篇)等,发文量较高且相对集中,载文量前10的期刊2019年平均综合影响因子达0.953,关键词聚类较强的3个聚类为获得性免疫缺陷综合征、中医药、HAART;关键词突现强度最高的3个关键词分别是“获得性免疫缺陷综合征”“性病”“中医药防治”。结论中医药治疗艾滋病的研究现进入相对成熟的阶段,形成了较稳定的研究团队及区域合作规模,在研究层次和水平上不断提高、细化,今后要明确临床问题、产出高质量证据、加强人才队伍和平台建设。

Objective To use bibliometrics methods to analyze the history,hotspots,and trends of Chinese medicine treatment for AIDS to reference related research.Methods The relevant literature in Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of AIDS collected by China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Data,and Weipu.com were searched.Bibliometrics and Cite were used.Space software visually analyzes the included documents.Results A total of 2992 valid documents were available for analysis.ACCORDING TO The year of publication,the first article appeared in 1987,and Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(317 papers)and its affiliated hospitals(467 papers)published more papers.Authors who published more papers were Guo Huijune(170 articles),Xu Lirane(161 pieces),Xie Shipinge(128 articles),and Wang Jiane(104 articles).Among the top 10 journals,the average comprehensive impact factor in 2019 reached 0.953.The three clusters with strong keyword clusters appeared as'acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,''traditional Chinese medicine,'and'HAART.'The three keywords with the highest emergence intensity were"Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome,""Venereal Diseases,"and"Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment."Conclusion After 33 years of development in the treatment of AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine,TCM has now relatively matured.A stable research team and regional cooperation scale have been developed with improved quality of research.In the future,we must clarify clinical issues with high-quality evidence and strengthen the development of talent teams and platforms.
